Q: How do I buy clothes?
A: To purchase clothes from Youshowgirl.com simply send us an email at info@youshowgirl.com and we will send you an invoice through paypal. Once payment has been received we will ship your beautiful new piece.
Q: How are clothes measured?
A: All items are measured in the following manner:
Shoulder: middle of left shoulder, across the back to the middle of the right shoulder.
Back/Length: base of neck to bottom hem.
Sleeve: seem of shoulder and sleeve meet to bottom of cuff.
Bust: measured across around the item under the armpit.
Waist: smallest area around the jacket.
Q: What if the item doesn't fit?
A: On rental items you can return the item within two days and will only be charged shipping and two days of rental. When buying clothes, you will have five days to return the item and will only be charged shipping.
Q: How are rental prices determined?
A: All rental prices are calculated at 20% of the retail value of the item.
Q: What if I decide I want to purchase the item after I have rented it?
A: If you fall absolutely in love with what you have rented, and we are sure you will, your rental price will be deducted from the purchase price of the item.

Q: How do I purchase grooming supplies?
A: Just shoot us an email with the Item # and Quantity. We will send you an email with a paypal invoice. Once payment is received wwe will ship you your items.
